It's telling when people start making compilations of you crying. Here's a guy who teaches others how to live, yet he can’t seem to control his own emotions, breaking down in nearly every interview. And it’s always when he talks about how people tell him his work saved their lives. I’ve watched interviews with firefighters who’ve literally saved kids from burning buildings or I’ve personally spoken to surgeon who operated injured kids during war, and none of them break down like that.
I remember exactly why I started following Jordan Peterson. It was when he went out and engaged with enraged crowds who had opposing views. Despite the chaos, he maintained perfect composure while others were losing control. I thought, "This guy must know something to stay so calm in such a situation." However these days, whenever I see him, all I feel is pity—nothing like the admiration I once had for him.
Maybe it’s time for Jordan Peterson to follow his own advice and go back to making his own bed before he tries to change the world.
