Das erste Mal keine Ibus mitgenommen - warum ich normalerweise Ibus mitnehme? Weil ich schon immer unter chronischen Entzündungen leide (Fibromyalgie) und gewohnt bin im Urlaub einfach mal höllische Schmerzen zu bekommen. Zuhause atme oder Yoga'e ich sowas weg, aber durch die Activity im Urlaub (Wanderung über Felsen, Schwimmen), kommt das oftmals hoch... Ibus sind für mich immer die einzige Möglichkeit gewesen diese Entzündungsschmerzen in den Griff zu bekommen, auch bei Migräne. Dieses Jahr noch keine einzige genommen.
Seit gestern heftige Entzündung im rechten Hüftgelenk... ich habe keine Ibus, überlegte echt welche zu holen... habe aber erstmal ZeroIn genommen - und mal beobachtet... genau wie bei den Ibus, ging der Schmerz nach 20-30 Minuten zurück 😳😍
Heute Abend konnte ich wieder laufen ohne Schmerzen...
