Auch wenn manche uns noch immer nicht glauben bzw dem nicht folgen können, so frage ich mich:

Ich esse nun seit MONATEN nix mit Apfel es sei denn es lässt sich nicht vermeiden oder es ist mikrodosiert (Apfelpektin) weil es eben in etwas drin ist, auf was ich nicht verzichten will. Aber größtenteils haben wir es auf nahezu Null reduziert. Ja, ich vermisse Apfel - aber ich kann sowieso vieles nicht mehr essen was ich mag. So what.
