نحوه برخورد با سوختگی ها،به صورت اورژانسی،دکتر ژیان
۱-آنتی بیوتیک تزریقی فقط در افرادی که علایم سپسیس و عفونت دارند جایگاه دارد.
۲- پماد موضعی سیلور کاملا حذف شده و فقط می توان در سوختگی با درجه بالا و با شواهد عفونت از پماد باسیتراسین استفاده کرد.در باقی سوختگیها که زخم علایمی از ترشح و عفونت ندارد هیچ پماد موضعی نیاز نیست.
۳-اصلا تاولها را دست نزنید و تخلیه شان نکنید.
۴- اصلا از بتادین استفاده نکنید.
۵- در سوختگیهای چشم فقط یک شیلد روی چشم قرار داده و فرد را سریعا اعزام کنید.
