У меня дома ВСЕГДА есть: - Масляный спрей OlefarDuo - Стрепсилс (таблетки для рассасывания) - Нурофен - Парацетамол - Активированный уголь - Терафлю - Зодак - Ибупрофен
Работа такая, что всегда в тонусе надо быть. Но иногда всё же болеешь. Поэтому это тот минимум, который нужен для крайних случаев.
Кстати, по состоянию здоровья я за четыре года отменял уроки два-три раза, что ли. После ковидной прививки. И еще после чего-то. В основном отменяю из-за соревнований 😂😂😂
