не знаю как вы, loves, а я в такие моменты очень хочу вернуться на лет 5-7 назад и надавать по шее той версии себя, которая слушала умного (allegedly) дяденьку тренера и жила на кефире и грейпфрутах в погоне за фигурой мечты. спойлер — фигуру так и не догнала, а гастрит очень даже. 🙂↕️
