Филе индейки с брокколи в сливочном соусе Ингредиенты: 1. Филе индейки 0, 5 кг. 2. Брокколи 0, 5-0,8 кг. 3. Морковь 2 шт. 4. Чеснок 3 зубчика 3. Сметана 100 мл. 4. Сыр 50 гр. 5. Французские травы 6. Соль/перец по вкусу
Способ приготовления: 1.Нарезать кубиком филе и бросить в глубокую сковородку-тушить 20 м. 2. Добавить нарезанную кубиком морковь 3. Натереть чеснок и добавить его в сметану, туда же травы и натёртый сыр 4. Добавить брокколи к курице, залить водой и накрыть крышкой тушить минут 10 5. Добавляем сметану (с чесноком, травами и сыром) и тушим до готовности брокколи.
