ሚኒስቴሩ የመንግሥት ከፍተኛ ትምህርት ተቋማት (ዩኒቨርሲቲዎች) አዲስ እና ነባር ተማሪዎች በሙሉ የፋይዳ ቁጥር በመያዝ በአካባቢያቸው በሚገኝ ገቢ ሰብሳቢ ተቋማት (ገቢዎች) ወይም ቢሮ በመቅረብ የግብር ከፋይ መለያ ቁጥር (TIN) እንዲያወጡ ማሳሰቡን ቲክቫህ ኢትዮጵያ ከሚኒስቴሩ ያገኘው መረጃ ያመለክታል።
