We, the undersigned, express our opposition to the arrest of Mr. Volodymyr Z., a Ukrainian citizen, who was detained in Poland under a European Arrest Warrant.

Volodymyr is an honest and hardworking man. He loves his family and has never been convicted before. He has been living and working in Poland for years, paying taxes and being part of the local community.

Therefore, we call for his release from custody and the opportunity to testify while at liberty. We strongly believe he will not flee and will fully cooperate with the Polish court.

Ми, що нижче підписалися, висловлюємо свій протест проти арешту пана Володимира З., громадянина України, який був затриманий у Польщі на підставі Європейського ордера на арешт.

Володимир – чесна і працьовита людина. Він любить свою сім’ю, ніколи раніше не був судимий. Вже багато років живе і працює в Польщі, сплачує тут податки та є частиною місцевої спільноти.

У зв’язку з цим ми закликаємо звільнити його з-під варти та дозволити давати свідчення на свободі. Ми впевнені, що він нікуди не втече і повністю співпрацюватиме з польським судом.
