وعمرته في حجة الوداع كما دلت عليه النصوص الصحيحة، وعليه جمهور العلماء أيضا.
وقد روي عن طائفة من السلف منهم: ابن عمر، وعائشة، وعطاء، تفضيل عمرة ذي القعدة وشوال على رمضان.
