👉ተግባራዊ የሚደረገው የታሪፍ ማሻሻያ ከመስከረም 2017 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ በየሩብ ዓመቱ ተከፋፍሎ ለ4 ተከታታይ ዓመታት ( እስከ 2020 ዓ.ም ድረስ) ተግባራዊ የሚሆን ይሆናል፡፡
