My name is Pete Schwartz. I am a Political Prisoner being held by our tyrannical government. I was convicted of 4 counts of Assault With A Deadly Weapon (mace), even though I did not actually hit anybody with mace, nor did I ever enter the Capitol building. But a hostile D.C. jury convicted me of Obstruction of an Official Proceeding, and Disrupting Interstate Commerce, because Safeway closed for a curfew that Muriel Bowser imposed 3 hours after I'd already gone home...and several other made up charges. I was sentenced to 14 years and 2 months. The guys in the cells next to me are doing 7 year sentences for murder though! This is a tragedy in our Country!

Hello I’m sending this text message to everyone who’s expressed interest in my situation. I just received a call from the DC Probation office regarding my self reporting date. It’s been scheduled for June 13 no later than 2 PM. Unfortunately, they are having me go to Atlanta not staying here in Florida. My attorney is going to be filing an appeal and trying to keep me out until the appeal is heard. But as of now, June 13 will be my first day in prison. If that changes I will let you know I plan on having a going away party before I leave. I’ll supply the date in the next day or two. Thank you for your continued prayers and support.

I received a call from a court clerk saying I have to turn myself in June 8th to a fucking prison God knows where in the middle of Ohio!! I live in New Jersey and im already in the hole trynna find money for fines and the 500 restitution. Im a 4th generation veteran and my own Government still trying to take me down and destroy us. But they removed 22 veterans out of a hotel in NYC to put illegal immigrants so what's next? What J6 fundraising organizations can I reach out to for help?

To this day, they continue to arrest as many as they please. For all the hardship and persecution they have forced on us, we have earned the two things that they have always lacked: honor and loyalty. We respected their institutions of justice far more than they had cared for us. First, they abused the president with FISA documents, then they assaulted the citizens they swore to protect. On J6 2021, the DOJ and the FBI committed treason for monetary gain; they chose money over loyalty, crime over honor. They are the criminals. We are not.

Message from incarcerated J6er, Michael Eckerman (May, 2023):
“There is a family man in prison for just standing up against tyrants, and being away from my wife and children is the hardest thing I have had to endure. I have no criminal history. Me and my wife met at 16 years old in high school and have been together ever since…crazy writing that out  She is a great mother and patriot as well; and we just want to see this country find itself again because right now this is not the way. I was charged with nine crimes after returning home from DC, the worst of them was assaulting a police officer, which I did not do and the process took almost two years of working with my attorney and refusing to sign a plea deal that said I anything like assaulting a cop. But to my dismay, the charge is “resisting, assaulting or impeding an officer” and they all carry the same guidelines as far as sentencing.
That being said, my DC attorney, which to this day I don’t have ill will towards, just did enough to keep this process legal. They rewrote my plea for the third time, stating that I was in a crowd that caused an officer to fall down, but there was not video or evidence of me harming anyone so the plea was written in such lines which was 24 months. But it could have up to 30 months if the judge wanted it to be; he settled for 20. You see a certain officer said I was the one who shoved him, but there was no evidence of that so the judge said he could not add six points on to my felony; but on the other hand, he said I am a white privileged man and since I was able to keep my employment through all this I was lucky. I have worked in transportation for 20 years. I managed a freight company…for the last seven years and oversaw the entire state…It was something I worked my entire life to do and was proud to do it, but also along the way gained respect from my peers and superiors; so for him to say that was “my white privilege”, that left a nasty taste in my mouth to say the least.”

I'd like to thank them for all they do to support J-6 political prisoners -and I do consider ALL those indicted for J-6 to be political prisoners/politically persecuted because, regardless of what they are accused of, or what they did that day, they are all being grossly overcharged for political reasons, and all are being subjected to a "show trial" guaranteed conviction machine with partisan complicit judges and incredibility biased, partisan leftist DC juries (if they dare go to trail).

Most plead guilty because they feel no hope of a fair trial (accurately) and are threatened with decades in prison. And then their coerced confessions are used by the left and establishment as "proof" to support the fake news narrative.

I insisted on going to trial because my sense of honor, my oath, and my faith all preclude me from confessing to a crime I did not commit, and I would rather spend life in prison before EVER bearing false witness against other patriots. That is a SIN. I speak the truth, even to my own harm. My mindset is "death before dishonor.".

But I understand, and I have compassion for, those who have lost hope and plead out, pleading guilty to crimes they did not commit (so long as they do NOT bear false witness against others. That is indefensible.

Thank you for all you do. The letters you send to us J-6 political prisoners are immense morale boosters. We cannot always reply, but we are grateful

Hello Folks,
I know it has been a while since I have communicated to you concerning Chris's situation.   Please forgive me but things with us have been really strained lately. Chris's trial is now a mere 5 weeks away. July 11th.  He is doing well physically but emotionally he is really feeling the stress.  He runs hot and cold from real worry to real concern about the outcome.  He still has not been given his Discovery to review.  He is very limited to speaking with legal counsel.  His lawyer requests daily access up to 12 hours in order to prepare but is only allowed telephone calls 16 minutes at a time.  So you can see why his emotions run wild.  The only thing which has improved are his daily meals which now consist of turkey, gluten free bread, rice checks, cereal and hard boiled eggs.  He continues to supplement with purchased commissary items.  He has actually gained some weight.
Our family is under the most unfortunate circumstances now with his mom very recently being diagnosed with a rare form of cancer (ampulla cancer) requiring a major abdominal surgical procedure which has been scheduled for June 20th. In Boston. Fortunately we believe we may have caught the cancer early enough so with the surgery combined with a round of chemo. she will be ok. Please keep both Chris and his mom in your prayers.

A special shout out to all of you and especially to those of you who continue to support Chris's wife Moira and their son Nathan.  Both are doing well but will not be able to attend the trial.  With his mom's recovery still unclear I am still hoping to attend at least for a day or two.
