نرم افزار FastP# ابزاری طراحی شده برای ارائه پیش‌پردازش فوق‌سریع و کنترل کیفیت همه‌کاره برای داده‌های FastQ به خصوص برای ارزیابی کیفی داده های حاصل از RNASeq است.
این ابزار برای پردازش خوانش های با طول کوتاه (مانند Illumina NovaSeq، MGI) طراحی شده است. اگر به دنبال ابزاری برای پردازش خوانش های بلند (مانند Nanopore، PacBio، Cyclone) هستید، می توانید از fastplong# استفاده کنید. در ادامه فایل نصبی هر دو ابزار fastp و fastplong برای شما عزیزان به همراه شیوه نصب این ابزارها قرار داده شده است.
