از ابوهريره روايت است که پيامبرr فرمود : (إن المدينة کالکير، تخرج الخبيث، لاتقوم الساعة حتي تنفي المدينة شرارها، کما ينفي الکير خبث الحديد)[3] «مدينه همچون دم آهنگري خبيث را بيرون مي‌کند، و قيامت برپا نمي‌شود تا وقتي که مدينه انسان‌هاي شرورش را بيرون نراند، همانطور که دم آهنگري ناخالصي‌هاي آهن را بيرون مي‌کند».
