این ساختمان هم ظاهرن زمانی محل منزل مسکونی ویکتور فرانکل بوده، کسی که به عنوان بنیانگذار لوگوتراپی یا معنا‌درمانی شناخته می‌شود، که اکنون یک آپارتمان نوساز مسکونی است. کتاب انسان در جستجوی معنای او نیز اثر برجسته او در همین باره است که به فارسی نیز ترجمه شده است. این ساختمان هم در نزدیکی های همان محله بود.
فرانکل نیز از یهودیهای اتریش بود که ظاهرن آنگونه که در کتاب اخیر نیز می‌گوید در کمپهای کار اجباری نازیسم اسیر بوده و همانجا هم ایده معنادرمانی به تاسی از شوپنهاور و نیچه به ذهنش می‌رسد.
