وأما مثلية المرأة بالمرأة وهو ما تسمى بالسحاق فلا ﺧﻼﻑ ﺑﻴﻦ اﻟﻔﻘﻬﺎء ﺃﻥ اﻟﺴﺤﺎﻕ ﺣﺮاﻡ لأنه استمتاع في محل محرم شرعا. واتفقوا أيضا ﺃﻧﻪ ﻻ ﺣﺪ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺴﺤﺎﻕ؛ ﻷﻧﻪ ﻟﻴﺲ ﺯﻧﻰ. ﻭﺇﻧﻤﺎ ﻳﺠﺐ ﻓﻴﻪ اﻟﺘﻌﺰﻳﺮ من قبل القاضي؛ ﻷﻧﻪ ﻣﻌﺼﻴﺔ. والله تعالى أعلم
