Всем привет! Занимаясь смехом, осознала насколько в грустном, подавленном пространстве я почти все время нахожусь и легкости давно нет, почти с детства. Мозг сопротивляется новому легкому состоянию, которое появляется после смехозарядок, но длиться недолго. Через силу смеяться получается, но смех неестественный и в итоге чувствую тяжесть. И еще в первые 2 дня во время смеха немного щемило сердце. В обычной жизни сердце не болит. Как работать с этими состояниями?
