☀️Ребзя, практиковать ранние вставания можно постепенно. Вот лайфхак от меня:
Ставьте будильник на 6 утра, просыпайтесь и бодрствуйте хотя бы немного. Походите 15 минут, поделайте что-то. Потом можно снова лечь. Делайте так неделю.
Постепенно увеличивайте время. Вскоре вы будете бодрствовать все больше и вообще перестанете ложиться. Это работает👍
