🍉 یکی از روشهای جالب کشاورزی ایرانیان که در آن هندوانه را در مناطق کم آب کشت میکنند. در این روش بعد از بریدن قسمت فوقانی #خارشتر #بذر هندوانه در داخل آن قرار می‌گیرد و این بذر به مدت چهار روز در آب خیس شده و پس از قرارگیری درون شکاف آن را زیر خاک قرارمی دهند.
▫️ به دلیل وجود ترنجبین و شیره‌ای که درون ساقه‌ی خارشتر وجود دارد موجب آن شده تارطوبت بذر هندوانه حفظ شود.
▫️ این نوع کشت تنها دو مرتبه آب نیاز دارد و هندوانه‌ای که اردیبهشت ماه کاشته شده درمردادماه برداشت می‌شود.
