🎮 Another good news regarding to PPSSPP 🎮,

Faster UI (for old Windows Phone)
- Added option to control UI quality (size)
- I also disabled shadow & effects
- Set text resolution to less for faster UI
- Auto adjust touch controls on rotate

Important
Ensure to re-install, will appear as 1.15.5 (3.Aug.24) at the top

Update 3 Aug 24
- Exposed more shader options for further testing
- Enable shader disk cache to reduce compiling time

This was dropped for now as release until I can fix the bug that make it to crash if sent to background, it's not stable anyway.
