Курченко в 2012-2014 годах через сеть офшоров и при полном содействии силового блока организовал «транзит» через Украину нефтепродуктов для переработки и реэкспорта. В дальнейшем товар, без уплаты таможенных платежей и налогов, реализовывался на внутреннем рынке.
