Sunnybomber: 快到年底了，领导安排部门周末两天短途旅行团建，我因为宝宝今年才出生，目前才三个月，家里父母因为老年人身体不好一直在家里需要人照顾一直在老家，所以也没有办法来帮衬。所以我除了上班之外，一般周末就会在家帮老婆一起带孩子。如果这次出去团建就是两天都不在家里，也代表着我老婆要连续两周一个人带孩子。于是就和领导请假。“我：领导，团建我可能也要请假，我老婆一个人带孩子，我父母要到十二月底才能来上海帮衬我们。”“领导：你平时上班呢有区别吗？这个原则上不接受。如果实在有困难可以让你父母那个周末过来下。…
