Dangal ("Wrestling Competition") is a 2016 Indian Hindi-language biographical sports drama film directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao.
This movie shows us the importance of passion and hardworking. The movie is a real life story based on Mahavir Singh Phogat who trained "dangal" to 6 girls, 4 of them were his own children while 2 were his brother's. All of them won medals at some level!

There’s an interesting fact about main star of this movie: After gaining 28 kg. for the initial shoot, Aamir Khan lost 25 kg. in 20 weeks to portray the younger - 25 year old - character of Mahavir Singh Phogat.
