Fix Price запустил обмен глобальных расписок на акции российской компании
Ритейлер Fix Price объявил о начале обмена глобальных депозитарных расписок на акции российской компании. Дочернее общество сети Retail Technologies & Solutions Limited предложило держателям ГДР Fix Price Group обменять их на обыкновенные акции «Фикс Прайс», сообщается в пресс-релизе компании.
Коэффициент обмена составляет 1 к 158 — владелец одной ГДР получит 158 акций российского общества. Сбор заявок на обмен продлится с 5 июня до 4 июля этого года. Биржевые заявки принимаются до 15:00, внебиржевые — до 19:00 по московскому времени. Участники внебиржевого обмена дополнительно выплачивают 7,5 евроцента за каждую ГДР.
