The Internet, together with the media and communication, has changed the world of art irrevocably! Everyone immediately sees everything. They see, they evaluate, and they criticize.
Can you imagine a similar reaction to portraits of royalty during the reign of, say, the Medici, the Valois, or the Habsburgs? 😉
