يقول الله- سبحانه وتعالى-: {قُلۡ بِفَضۡلِ ٱللَّهِ وَبِرَحۡمَتِهِۦ فَبِذَٰلِكَ فَلۡيَفۡرَحُواْ هُوَ خَيۡرٞ مِّمَّا يَجۡمَعُونَ}، نعمة تفوق أي نعمٍ مادية مهما كانت، مهما جمعه الإنسان من الأموال والنفائس، وما يحبه من متاع هذه الحياة، لا يسوى شيئًا في مقابل هذه النعمة الكبرى، والنعمة العظيمة، التي يترتب عليها الفوز العظيم في الآخرة، والشرف الكبير والعزة والخير في الدنيا. هذا جانبٌ من جوانب الاحتفاء بهذه النعم.
