📢 به استناد مفاد ماده ۱۶ شیوه‌نامه نحوه تشکیل و اداره مجمع عمومی سازمان نظام مهندسی ساختمان استان، به اطلاع کلیه اعضای محترم سازمان می‌رساند:
🔻 نحوه رای‌گیری در مجمع عمومی عادی سالانه مورخ ۱۴۰۴/۰۳/۰۸، مطابق ماده ۱۶ شیوه‌نامه مذکور، به‌صورت الکترونیکی و از طریق تلفن همراه هوشمند خواهد بود.
🔻 در صورت بروز اختلال در سامانه مربوطه، فرایند رای‌گیری به‌صورت قیام و قعود برگزار خواهد شد.
⚠️یادآوری مهم؛ طبق ماده ۵۲ آیین‌نامه اجرایی قانون نظام مهندسی و کنترل ساختمان، حضور در مجمع تنها برای اعضایی امکان‌پذیر است که دارای عضویت معتبر بوده و فاقد بدهی حق عضویت تا زمان برگزاری مجمع باشند.
