Торжественная церемония награждения призёров прошла 5 февраля в Москве. В финале конкурса за победу боролись 140 лекторов из 52 регионов России.
Ректор Казанского государственного института культуры Роза Ахмадиева выступила перед экспертным советом с докладом на тему «Культура как опора духа и патриотического воспитания».
Жюри конкурса особо отметило её достижения в развитии культуры, образования и просвещения.
