Эта ежегодная просветительская акция, организованная партией «Единая Россия» и Российским военно-историческим обществом, проводится уже седьмой раз.

В Северодвинске диктант писали две тысячи горожан, в том числе военнослужащие Беломорской военно-морской базы и Государственного центрального морского полигона. Главной площадкой стал детский центр «Североморец».
