Для участия необходимо отправить предпочитаемые инициалы, название и краткое описание проекта, серии или отдельной работы (до 500 слов) и визуальные материалы* на почту time4encryptions@proton.me
* Обратите внимание, что предназначенные для печати материалы должны иметь разрешение не менее 300dpi и размер, соответствующий реальному размеру принта, быть предоставлены в формате JPEG или PDF. Любые технические вопросы в отношении воспроизведения работ также можно адресовать организаторкам через указанную выше почту.

We know that there are still narrow paths for free thought within authoritarian regimes, which is why we are starting an open call for anonymous artists on 5 november.
In January, we plan to launch a series of group exhibitions for artists who continue to live and work in russia or other territories where the russian regime poses risks for cultural workers. The first location on this journey will be Berlin.
Our goal is to broadcast, like a pirate radio station, the voices of those who have been deprived of a platform for artistic and political expression, but who have preserved their ideas, values and identities in the face of growing repression; who have stopped their artistic practice, switched to practical tasks, created a language of ciphers and codes, withdrawn from the game of hypocritical rules or become censors for themselves. The team of organisers is convinced that critical voices from within the repressive state are evidences of time, which do not necessarily await changes in personal archives. By excluding from the exhibition protocols such an important part of the authors' representation as their names, we invite them into the space of soft partisan action, airing through the interference.
We are primarily inviting authors from russia, Belarus and other territories under the colonial influence of the russian regime to participate, but we reserve the possibility of submitting an application from any location, provided that all participants remain anonymous. We expect works in graphic techniques, photo, video, audio, any other media that allow remote reproduction. Since our spatial and technical resources are limited, the organising team reserves the right to select works.
Limited editions of prints will be produced for the project in techniques and materials agreed with the authors. All proceeds from the sale of prints and events within the exhibition will be used for the benefit of the prisoners supported by Solidarity zone.
