Это и не охранники (они охраняют кого-то ОТ чего-то), и не хранители (те старые такие, с белыми бородами и ригидными ритуалами), а просто такие люди, которые что-то рутинно берегут. Наверное, это хорошее самоназвание для этих ваших психотерапевтов)
