N 336 "О внесении изменений в некоторые акты Правительства Российской Федерации"), которое не только дало старт оценке регулирующего воздействия в России, но и открыло дорогу постепенному внедрению других инструментов регуляторной политики - от регуляторных песочниц до гильотины.
