4.9 kernel TEST builds(For Pie)

Bugs:

- Be careful it's EXPERIMENTAL build

- Temporary(or not) i switched from my kernel base to new Akmal's one, cause idk how to fix usb and cpu zero issue

- There are two versions: optimized one(can use more energy, can heat the phone more, but provide better smooth) and standard one
