4.9 kernel TEST builds(For Q)

Bugs:
- Tell me
- Be careful it's EXPERIMENTAL build
- Maybe cpu temperature is wrong

Changelog:
- Build on latest ALS 4.9 r27 with KudProject addons
- Temporary(or not) i switched from my kernel base to new Akmal's one, cause idk how to fix usb and cpu zero issue
- Added some optimizations (Can heat the phone and use more energy)

- VVR(helped me to start all this 4.9 project and found properly repos to begin with)
