4.19 /E/ OS Android 13 for Poco F1 (Use at your own risk)

Bugs:
- Selinux Permessive
- Camera focus issue (it's static)

Note:
- Clean Flash is required(when 4.9 -> 4.19)

Changes:
- Fixed DT2W, Camera IR
- Rebased kernel over latest LOS sm8250, so 4.19.300
- Updated Adreno from OnePlus 12 (8 gen 3), so OpenGL 744.8, vulkan 1.3(1.1 in fact)
- Stability fixes

HALs:
- display, audio from sm8250
- media from sm8150

Requirements for blobs:
- 4.19 adreno and graphics, else it wouldn't boot
- 4.19 CNE/IMS/RIL/QMI/BT/Wi-Fi or network data, BT, Wi-Fi would be broken
