Kernel for Android Q only

Bugs:

- BFQ I/O scheduler as main
- Disabled some debugging
- LZ4 as default zRAM compression

- Blu_schedutil(You should enable it to get more bb)

Changes:
- Fixed some bugs
- 4.9.226
- PUBG flickering screen issue fixed
- Goodix delay fixed
- CPU temperature sensor is disabled
- Blu_schedutil added
- Changed from Akmal dts to my LOS based overlay

- VVR(helped me to start all this 4.9 project and found properly repos to begin with)
- nE0sIghT (Without his iommu patch 4.9 kernel maybe won't exist more for santoni)

3.18 rom issues:
- Fingerprint can be non-working(flash permessiver)
- SDcard can be non-working(check patches in support group)
- incall micro can be non-working(check patches in support group)
- Video in GCAM is dead(Flash new rom with 4.9 blobs to fix)

U can find fix of that here a little upper, or in support group(write /notes in support channel)
