We’re looking for a Site Engineer (Fine Finishing) to join our growing team and take full ownership of on-site execution, quality, and coordination.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and ensure work progress meets project deadlines.
Manage and monitor the performance of site labor and subcontractors.
Solve on-site technical issues and provide expert advice to ensure smooth workflow.
Review, adjust, and follow up on shop drawings and finishing details.
Prepare and maintain site reports and documentation.
Coordinate seamlessly with other disciplines to maintain workflow efficiency.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Ensure all work complies with codes, standards, and company quality procedures.
Recommend process or design improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering.
1–2 years of experience in fine finishing is mandatory.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work across multi-discipline projects.
Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality finishing standards.
