بنیامین نتانیاهو، نخست‌وزیر اسرائیل دوشنبه ۲۰ اَمرداد ۲۵۸۴ (۱۱ آگوست ۲۰۲۵) در مراسم افتتاح «موزه‌ی کنست» در اورشلیم، با پیامی قاطع به دشمنان اسرائیل اعلام کرد که ملت اسرائیل سرنوشت خود را با دستان خویش رقم زده و پاسخ این ملت به دشمنان، تیغه‌ی شمشیر است. نتانیاهو در این سخنان با اشاره به نزدیک بودن پایان نبرد جاری، بر عزم اسرائیل برای شکست کامل باقی‌مانده‌ی محورِ شرارت جمهوری اسلامی و آزادسازی تمامی گروگان‌ها، چه زنده و چه جان‌باخته، تأکید کرد.
