او ضمن حمایت از شاهنشاه رضا پهلوی افزود: «جهان ناگزیر است از انقلاب ملی ایران حمایت کند.»
او گفت: «هرروز ماندن این رژیم ایران را یک گام به خشکسالی و غیرقابل زیست شدن نزدیک می‌کند.»
