این هفته بار دیگر در کنگره آمریکا بودم و با قانون‌گذاران در مجالس نمایندگان و سنا دیدار کردم.
برای آنان پیام روشنی داشتم: برنامه هسته‌ای رژیم، تسلیحات موشکی، فتواها علیه پرزیدنت ترامپ، جنایات رژیم و فساد گسترده‌ی آن، با تعلل یا دیپلماسی محو نخواهند شد. این تهدیدها زمانی کاملا از بین خواهند رفت که خود رژیم جمهوری اسلامی نابود شود. سقوط این رژیم اکنون اجتناب‌ناپذیر است و من برای هدایت ایران به سوی دموکراسی، برنامه دارم.
جهان نباید برای رژیم طناب نجات بیندازد.
This week I was back on Capitol Hill meeting with lawmakers in the House and Senate.
My message was clear: the regime’s nuclear program, missile arsenal, fatwas on President Trump, and crimes and corruption will not go away through diplomacy or delay. These threats will only disappear when the regime does. The Islamic Republic’s collapse is now inevitable, and I have a plan to lead Iran to democracy.
Don’t throw it yet another lifeline.
