إذا استيقظ وصلى ثم بعد ذلك أدرك في ثيابه أو على بدنه أثر احتلام أي وجد أثر الخارج بالاحتلام فإنه يجب عليه أن يغتسل وأن يعيد الصلاة لأنه تبين أنه صلى وعليه جنابة ولو طال الزمن فلو فرضنا أنه صلى عدة صلوات وأنه وجد هذا الأثر فأنه يعيد الصلوات التي صلاها بدون اغتسال.
