🔸We are looking for a Growth Social Media Manager with expertise in creating viral content and growth hacking at innovative dating platform focused on authenticity and real connections.
🔸Service provides users with a genuine dating experience, free from filters and deception, where individuals can present their true selves through daily, real-time photos.
Your key responsibilities:
🔸Content ideation and viral strategy development;
🔸Involvement in the development and execution of social media growth strategy;
🔸Community engagement;
🔸Analysis and reporting.
What we're looking for in your experience:
🔸2-5 years of experience in SMM preferably in tech or consumer applications;
🔸Proven experience in creating engaging, viral content and developing creative social media formats;
🔸Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools;
🔸Fluent in English (C1 level) with strong conversational skills;
🔸Adaptability to the fast-paced environment of a startup;
🔸Experience working in international markets (priority given to experience in the U.S. market);
🔸High level of creativity and strategic thinking.
