🔸We are looking for a Head of Community to grow our community and attract new users.
Responsibilities:
🔸Develop community growth strategies and expand presence on social platforms (Twitter, Discord, Telegram) and beyond.
🔸Organize and host events such as Twitter Spaces, AMAs, chats, and online/offline meetups.
🔸Actively engage with the community, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
🔸Create reward programs to enhance community engagement.
🔸Lead moderators and recruit new team members to manage communities across different regions.
🔸Communicate community needs to BD, development, and marketing teams.
🔸Monitor growth and engagement metrics, provide reports, and optimize performance.
🔸Stay updated on crypto trends, memes, and narratives to adapt content strategies.
Requirements:
🔸Proven experience managing communities in the crypto space, ideally for L1 blockchains or top DeFi protocols.
🔸Deep understanding of blockchain ecosystems, DeFi, memes, and key players in the crypto world.
🔸Expertise in Discord, Telegram, and Twitter, including bot management and server administration.
🔸Experience organizing ambassador programs and engaging with community members.
🔸Strong skills in running lead-generation campaigns and evaluating their success.
🔸Analytical mindset with the ability to translate community insights into actionable business and development recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications:
🔸Proficiency in multiple languages to engage with an international audience.
🔸Established personal audience on platforms like Twitter, Telegram, or YouTube.
