Requirements:
🔸Exceptional communication skills in English C1 (written)
🔸A natural problem-solver with the ability to stay patient and calm under pressure.
🔸Previous experience in customer support (tech, SaaS, or app-based products preferred).
🔸Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
