Intro:
🔸We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of 7 managers with a passion for fintech.
Responsibilities:
🔸Recruitment, onboarding and training of the team.
🔸Managing team performance and achieving sales targets.
🔸Developing creative solutions and reporting to management.
🔸Motivating and engaging the team.
Requirements:
🔸3+ years of proven experience in active sales.
🔸3+ years' experience in managing a team.
🔸Experience in participating in projects and building teams from scratch.
🔸Excellent negotiation skills and resourcefulness.
🔸Knowledge of financial markets and investment opportunities.
🔸Analytical skills and ability to build cold sales funnels.
🔸Proficiency in social media
🔸Knowledge of Google Applications package
🔸Knowledge of trading platforms - MT4, MT5, LIBERTEX is welcome.
🔸Fluency in Russian and English from B2 is mandatory.
🔸Higher education.
Salary:
🔸1200 EUR + bonus (~ up to 1500 EUR)
