ترجمه: «ابوهریره رَضِیَ اَللهُ عَن‍‍‍‍ْهُ می‌گوید: رسول الله ﷺ از گرفتاری، نگون بختی، قضای بد و خوشحال شدن دشمنان، به خدا پناه می‌برد. سفیان كه یكی از راویان این حدیث است، می‌گوید: پیامبر اكرم ﷺ از سه چیز پناه خواست. من هم یكی به آنها افزودم. ولی اكنون نمی‌دانم كه كدام مورد است».
