1389- «عَنْ عبد الله رَضِیَ اَللهُ عَن‍‍‍‍ْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رسول الله ﷺ : «لا تُقْتَلُ نَفْسٌ ظُلْمًا إِلا كَانَ عَلَى ابْنِ آدَمَ الاوَّلِ كِفْلٌ مِنْ دَمِهَا، لانَّهُ أَوَّلُ مَنْ سَنَّ الْقَتْلَ»». (بخاری: 3335)
ترجمه: «عبد الله بن مسعود رَضِیَ اَللهُ عَن‍‍‍‍ْهُ می‌گوید: رسول الله ﷺ فرمود: «هر انسانی كه به ناحق، كشته شود، نخستین فرزند آدم (قابیل) با گناهش، شریک است. زیرا او اولین كسی است كه سنت قتل را بنا نهاد»».
