ترجمه: «ابنعباس رَضي اللَّه عنهما می‌گوید: نبی اكرم ﷺ فرمود: «شب اسراء موسی (ع)را دیدم. او مردی گندم گون، بلند قامت و دارای موهای مجعّد بود گویا یكی از مردان قبیله شنوءه است. و عیسی (ع) را دیدم كه دارای قامتی متوسط و چهارشانه بود و رنگش، متمایل به سرخ و سفید می‌نمود. و موهایی فرو هشته‌ای داشت. همچنین، مالک، نگهبان دوزخ؛ و دجال را دیدم. و آیات دیگری كه خداوند به من نشان داد. در همین مورد است كه خداوند می‌فرماید: درباره ملاقات محمد ﷺ با موسی (ع)شک و تردید، نداشته باش».
