1189- «عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِیَ اَللهُ عَن‍‍‍‍ْهُ : أَنَّ رسول الله ﷺ قَالَ: «لا يَقْتَسِمُ وَرَثَتِي دِينَارًا وَلا دِرْهَمًا، مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي وَمَئُونَةِ عَامِلِي فَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ». (بخارى:2776)

ترجمه: «ابوهریره رَضِیَ اَللهُ عَن‍‍‍‍ْهُ می‌گوید: رسول الله ﷺ فرمود: «وارثان (باز ماندگان) من، دینار و درهمی تقسیم نمی‌كنند. آنچه من از خود، بجای گذاشتم، بعد از نفقه همسرانم و پرداخت مزد كارگرانم، صدقه بشمار می‌رود».
