ترجمه: «جابر رَضِیَ اَللهُ عَن‍‍‍‍ْهُ روایت می‌كند كه رسول الله ﷺ شفعه را در مالی مشروع قرار داد كه هنوز تقسیم نشده است، ولی پس از اینكه مال تقسیم شد و حد ومرز هر یک، تعیین گردید، دیگر كسی حق ادعای شفعه، ندارد».
